UB vs Akron Food Fight

This coming Saturday UB will hold it's 3rd annual Food Fight with Akron.

Last year, UB completely destroyed Akron in the Food Fight and now we plan on doing the same again this year at this Saturday's game, 6pm in Alumni Arena. If you bring a non-perishable food to the game, you will then receive a free coupon for a concession stand item. That's right! We are giving Food for Food!

We decided to turn this into a friendly competition as well between Student Association Clubs! So if your club brings in the most non-perishable foods and cans then you will receive a cash prize!

1st place = $100

2nd place = $75

3rd place = $50

We do have some rules that need to be followed as well.

Rules:

Must be an SA Club

Your club must have at least 5 members to receive the prize at halftime

The donations will go to the Western Food Bank of New York and will be collected in the Student Zone before game time. Be sure to get there early! Doors open at 4:30!

Which club will win? We don't know but we are excited to find out!

Cheer on the Bulls in a MUST-WIN CONFERENCE GAME against rival and top seeded Akron Univerisity on Saturday March 2^nd as the team prepares for the MAC Championship Tournament! Be there to bid farewell to this this year’s senior class of Tony Watson, and Richie Sebuharara!

For all UB Seniors, the Alumni Association will be hosting a tailgate party from 430-6pm with FREE food to welcome you to “the club!” Prizes and opportunities to celebrate and stay connected to UB will also be available! No registration required, but bring your Student ID.

The tailgate party will be in the Party Zone located on court level of Alumni Arena.

Tickets are free for all students with your UB student ID.
